Thank you for your interest in my work. My journey into photography wasn't a direct one. After studying engineering, I discovered a passion for capturing and manipulating reality through images. This blend of technical and artistic backgrounds fuels my work. In my 'Bookscapes' series, I explore the idea of curated knowledge and personal connection. By digitally reimagining bookshelves based on themes like film, rock and roll, or architecture, I invite viewers to engage with their own memories and passions. Each 'Bookscape' becomes a reflection of the individual who interacts with it.

Can you describe your creative process, from conception to the final print? How do you choose the elements and scenes you want to capture?

The specific elements and scenes I choose are always driven by the core theme and the emotions I want to evoke. For "Bookscapes," I select books that relate to the chosen theme, aiming to create a library that reflects a particular interest or passion. My creative process is a constant dialogue between concept and execution, where I strive to create images that are both visually striking and conceptually engaging.

Many of your pieces play with depth and perspective in fascinating ways. How do you approach these aspects when setting up a shot?

I have been influenced by various artists and photographers who have pushed the boundaries of creativity. The works of renowned photographers like Ansel Adams for his mastery of light and landscape, and Andreas Gursky for his large-scale, detailed compositions, have been particularly inspiring.
